Textures on the floor were made with Substance designer using my own custom Fx Splatter Nodes that suited my needs. They are easy to use and come with a large panel of options. ( https://imgur.com/gallery/KA51Mb6 )
For the Scene integration, I added a planes and a simple multiply shader in order to fake the Ambient Occlusion on the ground.
